Hotel Loyalty Programs

Travelers can add hotel loyalty programs to their profile in DIB Travel.

Go to Profile in the portal and scroll down to Loyalty Programs, where hotel memberships can be added.

When searching for hotels, travelers can filter by their loyalty program under Other → Loyalty Programs. When a loyalty program is selected, only hotels and rates where that specific program can be used will be shown. Other hotel options and rates will be filtered out.

Please note that many customers, particularly regions, municipalities and other public-sector organizations, do not allow the use of individual loyalty programs for business travel. This is governed by each organization's own travel policy and negotiated agreements and is not controlled by DIB Travel.

If loyalty programs are permitted under the customer's travel policy, using the loyalty filter may still result in fewer hotel options or negotiated rates being displayed.
