If you are unable to select a payment method in the DIB portal, it is usually because your profile is incomplete or required information is missing.
To book travel in the DIB portal, you need to have a registered profile. If your profile has not been created yet, or if information such as payment method, reference number, project number, or similar details has not been added, some booking options may not be available.
In this case, please contact your organization’s main administrator. The main administrator can help you:
create your profile
add or update your payment method
register a reference number, project number, or other required information
Once your profile has been created or updated, you will be able to book your trips directly in the DIB portal.
